About the Journal

Focus

Multiverso Journal is a peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary scientific and humanities journal that publishes original research articles in Law, Political Science, Philosophy, Social Sciences and Humanities, Public Policy and Education. Through rigorous peer review, it aims to be a platform for research that helps to understand contemporary challenges.

Audience

The journal has an international scope. It is aimed at researchers, academics, teachers and public policy makers and, in general, anyone interested in the rigorous examination of these topics.

Aims

To contribute to the scientific advancement of Law and the Social Sciences and Humanities through the dissemination of research results. To encourage interdisciplinary research in these areas. To foster the presentation, discussion and reflection of scientific ideas and advances with social commitment.

Publication frequency

Biannual, with continuous publication. Two issues are published each year: January-June (opens on 1 January) and July-December (opens on 1 July). Articles are published in the open issue as soon as they are approved, without waiting for the issue to close.

Review

All research articles undergo double-blind peer review by at least two external reviewers. See Peer Review.

Open access and charges

Multiverso Journal is a diamond open access journal: its content is free for readers and authors are not charged any submission, review, processing or publication fees. See Open Access and Author Charges.

Funding

The journal is funded by the Fundación Difusión Científica (Venezuela) and the editorial and technical resources of Ediciones Clío (Spain). It does not accept donations from authors. It may receive support from academic institutions, which never influences editorial decisions.

Ethics

The journal follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). See Ethics and Good Practice.

Advertising policy

Multiverso Journal does not publish advertising of any kind and does not receive funding from companies that could compromise its editorial independence.
