En la presente obra se estudia el funcionamiento del sistema disciplinario en la Fuerza Armada Venezolana, como el conjunto de normas disciplinarias que rigen su actuación y su decoro, los sistemas de seguimiento y evaluación de la conducta de los efectivos, los procedimientos para determinar las transgresiones, las sanciones, la administración de justicia, los entes sancionadores y las consecuencias derivadas de las actuaciones ilícitas.
