Entrepreneurship and human development. A reflective perspective from the will

The objective of the essay was to analyze, from a theoretical perspective, the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and human development, based on the will of everyone. Entrepreneurship has undergone a recent evolution in its approach, being approached from three perspectives: economic, psychological, and institutional. However, this article points out a lack of research and literature on entrepreneurship from the perspective of human and social development, supporting this assertion with an analysis of the existing literature, which, for the most part, lacks validity. In addition, evidence is offered on the possibilities of study in this field, establishing connections between key variables of each concept addressed. The results suggest that there are sufficient reasons to postulate a relationship between entrepreneurship and human development and the will dimension, thus highlighting a field still little explored that provides opportunities for further research and investigation. In conclusion, entrepreneurship can benefit human development in several ways. On the one hand, it can generate employment and increase income; it can also boost innovation and economic growth. On the other hand, it helps people to develop their skills, all from the will that drives the activity of entrepreneurship.
